The start of the year is, as always, the season of promotions, as carmakers look to cash in on the festive season. Ford is joining in on the fun, with authorised distributor Sime Darby Auto Connexion enticing owners heading back to their hometowns this Thaipusam and Chinese New Year with various aftersales promotions.
For a start, the Blue Oval is offering a free 27-point inspection by certified technicians to ensure vehicles are in a roadworthy condition before the long trip back. There will also be a 20% discount on selected parts and packages, plus an extra 10% off labour costs for lubricant, brake and timing belt packages.
Lastly, all walk-in aftersales customers will receive free red packets while stocks last, and those who spend a minimum of RM350 in a single receipt will get an exclusive Ford gift as well. The promotion is valid from now until February 5, 2019.
