Hap Seng Star, together with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, has introduced its new Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Setia Alam. Built at a cost of RM99 million, the newly-relocated facility, which features new enhancements and upgrades that embodies a luxurious retail experience concept for customers, was officially launched earlier today.
The seven-storey centre, which sits on close to 79,000 sq ft of land, has a 11,526 sq ft showroom floor that can accommodate 16 display vehicles. It also has amenities such as a self-service cafe, a kid’s playroom and a luxurious ladies powder room.
Additionally, the showroom also features a lifestyle retail corner in which a Mercedes-Benz luxury accessories and collection boutique is housed. The section offers customers a wide variety of Mercedes-Benz collectibles and products.
Meanwhile, the after-sales service area in the Setia Alam Autohaus consists of a large work area spanning over 29,549 sq ft on one of the upper floors, complete with expandable work bays. This offers the facility the ability to service up to 1,500 cars a month.
Aside from scheduled service maintenance and major repairs, the centre also offers a wide variety of other services, ranging from pick-up and delivery, drop-and-go service booking and wheel alignment/balancing to electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating, glass tinting and with insurance/warranty claims.
The Hap Seng Group currently operates 10 Mercedes-Benz Autohaus locations across the country.
