Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLR Malaysia) has been named JLR’s Retailer of the Year for the Asia Pacific region for the fifth time and fourth year in a row.
“JLR Malaysia’s extraordinary accomplishment of securing the Retailer of the Year award for the fourth consecutive year is a testament to our steadfast commitment to excellence. As the automotive sector continues to evolve with cutting-edge technological innovations and enhanced customer experiences, this accolade reinforces our ability to consistently set new benchmarks for operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a highly competitive market,” said Sime Motors MD for Southeast Asia Jeffrey Gan.
The annual award is given to the top JLR retailers in the region, with marketing, sales, customer service, staff training and retailer presentation comprehensively evaluated.

Insipid as in lacking class? That’s ironic considering the fact Jaguar not selling well because people tend to think driving a Jaguar is lacking status compared to driving a Beemer or a Merc.
Wonder how many units they sold. What’s the criteria. Maybe they remain as the best showroom with all vehicles intact safely in their fancy showroom while the grey imports sell real cars…….
Asked a former sales manager of Jaguar that has since moved to other brands; the sales team considered its a good month when they can sell 3 units. Not surprising to have only 1 unit Jaguar or none at all sold months.
