PDRM is offering discounts on traffic saman on May 1. The one-day campaign is in conjunction with the Hari Pekerja 2025 event organised by the human resources ministry, which will be happening at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil. The hours are from 8am to 4pm.
This time around, there’s no mention of ‘50%’ or any discount rate for that matter. Previous deals were for saman excluding those involving traffic lights, emergency lane, double line overtaking, dangerous overtaking/queue cutting, accidents, non-compound (NC), court cases, exhaust modification and those involving heavy vehicles/lorries. Also not included were Op Selamat tickets. The same exclusions would probably apply for this round as well.
