Now in Malaysia is the 2026 CFMoto Papio Racer, priced at RM8,888 excluding road tax, insurance and registration. Three colours are offered for the Papio Racer in Malaysia – Clay Yellow, Nebula White and Champion Blue.
The Papio Racer differs from the CFMoto Papio XO, with the installation of full fairing bodywork with windshield and winglets, whereas the Papio XO came with a half fairing. Touted as a “fun bike”, the Papio Racer is classed in the “mini bike” category, making it suitable for younger riders and those smaller in stature.
Powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled engine fed by EFI and displacing 126 cc, the Papio Racer produces 9.4 hp at 8,500 rpm with a maximum torque of 8.3 Nm at 6,500 rpm. Power goes to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox and chain final drive.
Braking is done with single hydraulic discs, 210 mm diameter in front and 190 mm at the rear, with two-channel ABS as standard while wheel sizing is 12-inches front and back, fitted with 120/70 ad 130/70 tyres. Upside-down forks hold up the front of the Papio Racer, while the rear end is fitted with a preload-adjustable monoshock.
Inside the cockpit, a combination digital/analogue display shows all the necessary riding information. Riding conveniences include traction control and a USB charging port for the rider’s electronics, while LED lighting is used throughout.
Weight for the Papio Racer is listed at 114 kg, with seat height set at 760 mm, and 7-litres of fuel is carried in the tank. Every Papio Racer comes with a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against manufacturing defects, while spare parts are available for purchase online through the MForce Bike Holdings website.
