Hyundai i30 CW Station Wagon

Hyundai FD Wagon 1

The second variant of Hyundai’s new i30 series of cars for the European market has been revealed. This is the Hyundai i30 Wagon. It doesn’t look bad at all, though the side profile reminds me a little of the Mazda3 – but what’s wrong with copying a nice design element right, as long as the results are nice!

Hyundai’s i30 series is the twin brother of Kia’s new cee’d series of cars, and the model range will end up mirroring each other with 5-door hatch, 3-door hatch, and stationwagon variants.

I wonder why they even bothered.

Its not that much bigger (load space) than the 5 door. I mean if you ARE going to make a wagon, make it big. Hyundai can basically tack on another foot at the back without it looking weird.

I agree with 4G63T DSM, they could have added more space at the rear.

Paul, I think you posted the wrong pic for the 3/4 shot. That is the 5 door non-wagon version. Look at the rear side glass.

U are all wrong. The hyundai i30cw is worth a look as it is very pleasantly different! I’ve test driven the car myself.
