VIDEO: Insane MINI powered by a jet engine crashes

Airplanes use jet engines and cars use internal combustion engines. Once in a while we get to see crazy things like a Toyota MR2 powered by a jet turbine but in general no one has really been crazy enough to attempt cars powered by jet engines. The video above is probably a good reason why.

    Stupid! Even an aeroplane needs a big arc to turn, let alone this Mini on an ordinary raceway.

    Who thought that was a good idea? Especially on a wet track? Cars like this are meant for drag races only… not to go around corners.
