First shots of blue F10 BMW M5 leaked on the internet!

Leaked photos of new BMW cars prior to its official release by the PR department seems to be getting more and more the norm these days.

Today we have a preview look at the new F10 BMW M5 in full glory, albeit not very high resolution images. You get to see plenty – every angle of the exterior, some of the interior (seems to combine a dark trim for the gear lever area with aluminium hexagon for the dash trim) and even one shot of the engine bay (looks like a mechanical squid!).

Considering the E60 M5 was priced at a tad over RM898,000, you can expect this new F10 M5 to be around that figure as well, perhaps even touching the RM1 million mark. After all the E71 BMW X6 M is priced at RM1,188,800. In Singapore, the F10 M5 is expected to go for around SG$500,000.

Enjoy the images after the jump.

Why look so far? The F10 is only about 30,000 pounds in the UK and that also after UK taxes are paid. Here it is RM400,000. So how?

From RM150,000 (30,000 pounds x5 at current exchange rate) it can be sold at RM400,000. Being CKD, it should NOT have the 300% tax, so how come its RM400,000?

Look at the Singapore price, F10 is SG$215,000. For a nation where the GDP per capita is 5 times that of Malaysia, it is still sold cheaper than Malaysia. What this means is this, the average Singaporean earns 5 times what the average Malaysian owns and yet, their cars are priced cheaper than in Malaysia.

pls accept the hefty price we have to pay for luxury sports cars or luxury cars in Malaysia. if u dont like, u can buy in the UK or Brunei or any countries where cars are not taxed heavily

Those body curves are giving the car a really shiny aura and that is certainly a very refreshing tone of blue, nice work.

Merc E63 costs RM1.14 mil, and it’s a direct rival to M5. If it is sold at less than RM900K, then it is a bargain.

beautiful… if without crazy tax probably can sell more. Middle income folks would devour this car. Now only high income can afford, so jeles. Waiting for 2016.
