While most dream of the future, Jonathan Tan dreams of the past, although he's never been there. Fantasises much too often about cruising down Treacher Road (Jalan Sultan Ismail) in a Triumph Stag that actually works, and hopes this stint here will snap him back to present reality.

  • Do people in Malaysia know that in reality Chevrolet is actually 100% a Daewoo car? I have no idea why one would pay so much for a Daewoo car. To me, even Lada from Russia is far better than Daewoo.

Chevy Optra is from Daewoo, no problem of that but by telling people ALL CHEVY MODELS are from Daewoo…eerrrr. I think they roll out the 1st Chevy long before the Korean even knows how to build wheels.

I am the owner of two chevys. It’s a good quality car but resale value very poor. That is the reason why I will not trade my chevy for a new chevy model.

  • This company is still new in Malaysia. Malaysian’s taste and American and the rest of region may differ. Cruze for example has small leg room, but Malaysian want huge legroom and small seat length. So this makes people choose others japanese cars.

  • My chevy has a problem on the air-con and the compressor chenged 5 times in 4.5 yrs usage. Other than that is the oil seal leakage on the engine top cover. Don’t think any good….
