Lamborghini Aventador Roadster sold out until 2014

DSC_0150b21

That’s no bull. The open-top Lamborghini Aventador may have been introduced only three months ago, but already Auto Motor und Sport is reporting that order books are full up until mid-2014.

Want one but haven’t pre-ordered? You’d have to wait. Don’t want to wait? You’d then have to seek unofficial sources who will make you pay a premium, reports indicate.

Premium aside, European pricing starts at €300k (RM1.27 million) while Americans have to fork out $441,600 (RM1.37 million), excluding taxes. In Malaysia, RM3 million is the starting price asked.

With 700 hp and 690 Nm of twist from its 6.5 litre V12, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster gets to 100 km/h in three seconds and tops out at 350 km/h (read our test drive report of the coupe here). The Roadster made an appearance at Lambo’s Glenmarie showroom back in November.

      • What is not told is that Lamborghini’s 3rd largest order came from Malaysia. MACC needs to investigate on the 50 over Malaysian buyers that bought the car here. Whilst I appreciate the fact that one can buy it with their hard earned money, I doubt not all 50 worked hard for their money and some would have got it through sheer corruption.

It sounds like bmw fanboi dreaming for a bmw but ended with a preve in reality.

What I felt is he can’t accept the reality on preve and trying fxxking hard to convince himself and the whole world that preve is better than anything in this world

Get a life dude. Face the fact. Giving such sarcarsm comment will not change your preve to a bmw.

Still wondering how a country can enforce speeding law if a fast & furious machine keep on imported into that country. Every country also facing this issue but they still allow wealthy people to buy fast car and speed like no tomorrow and sucking money from poor people… Malaysia boleh! =.=

I would rather rent this lambo or any sportscar than buying them unless that sportscar gives practical and acceptable maintenance cost.

It is soo ridiculous when I know how much a small change for a lambo cost..labor cost also.

a genuine businessman would not waste their hard earned money on things like this. because measurement on a businessman success is from how massive your empire is. How to rolling profit if u waste on sportscar which brings no extra dough to the company’s accounts?

which sadly i could say…majority of malaysian who buy lambo are malays.

I’m impressed with the 0-100km throttle speed. Anyway, if you throttle in city at midnight where roads are clear, you still likely to hit something within 3 sec ^_^
