Motor Image (MI), authorised distributor of Subaru vehicles in Malaysia, has officially launched its first 4S centre in Cheras. The opening is in line with MI’s aim to expand its brand presence in key urban centres and provide after-sales services to its growing number of customers.
The 3,417 square metre 4S centre is located at 4½ mile Jalan Cheras. It replaces the existing 3S centre in Cheras and adds to the 29 Subaru sales and service outlets nationwide.
Besides the usual sales, service and spare parts, the 4S outlet has a spray and body paint facility. There’s also a customer lounge, all within the same building. The service centre has 12 service bays, which can serve up to 48 cars per day.

Motor Image, couldn’t you open a 4S centre in the middle of Johor Bahru? Somewhere along Jalan Skudai (like most other automakers like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW, Honda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Isuzu, Kia, protong, etc) is ideal. Your current outdated service centre in Plentong is very much LESS THAN IDEAL for those traveling from the western part of JB.

Its already a 4s center. Agree it is an ex-Honda and Mitsu showroom. At the end of this one lane road is Toyota showroom. Congested area during the day and night here.

Forrester has superior driving quality even compared to in market D-Segment cars. Unfortunately, its designs are too old stylish.

be careful when you buy Subaru. We bought one from a dealer have road show in KL shopping centre. We were very happy cos we got discount. Salesman say dont tell other Subaru dealer about the special price. But when we collect new car the salesman say meet in public parking lot. Like we are doing a illegal drug deal. The salesman say he dont have showroom in KL. But why he come to KL to sell car? He say he from Seremban. We will never buy from road show again. Careful of this type of subaru people. Scary.
