The BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo was unveiled just last month, and as usual, BMW has followed it up with M Performance accessories designed to give the sedan/hatchback/SUV/whatever a sportier look and sound.
On the outside, there are gloss black kidney grilles, matte black and grey side stripes as well as 21-inch two-tone light alloy wheels, the latter shod in 245/35 R21 front and 275/30 R21 rear run-flat tyres. Dressing up the interior are a range of sports steering wheels with Nappa leather trim, Alcantara grips and a red 12 o’clock marker, plus M Performance carpets.
Also available is an M Performance exhaust muffler system for petrol models, providing a sportier sound that BMW claims is still suitable for cruising on the highway. They feature either round or trapezoidal tips – finished in chrome or with a carbon fibre sleeve – depending on the engine, and are engraved with the M logo (M Performance script on the trapezoidal ones).
Last but not least are M Performance brakes, which come with ventilated and cross-drilled discs, as well as red callipers – four-piston items at the front and single-piston ones at the rear. The range of accessories will be made available as soon as the 6 Series Gran Turismo makes its market launch in November, sold and installed at the BMW dealer network, BMW sales subsidiaries and BMW Service Partners.

So this the four doors version of the two doors version of the four door of the original two doors car.
Wow, check out that hockey stick strapped to the sides. This is what I call a real Sports Utility Vehicle! Particularly for Hockey fans!!! Bravo BMW!
I don’t quite get BMW’s decision with putting hockey sticks on the side of its newer cars.
