Here’s a sneak peek of the second two of The Grand Tour, which is set to air on Amazon Prime in late 2017 (either October or November). As before, our favourite ex-Top Gear hosts – Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May – are all back for more “monkeying about.”
As you’d expect, there’s no shortage of exotic locales and exotic machinery on display. The latter includes a McLaren 720S, Lancia 037, Audi TT RS Jaguar XJ and the venerable Bugatti Chiron, just to name a few. Of course, there’s also a glimpse of the Rimac Concept One on the move before Hammond managed to get himself into an accident.
Car fans will certainly have no shortage of motoring programmes this year, as The Grand Tour isn’t the only thing to return to the small screen. Later this month, Top Gear America is set to air on BBC America, while their UK counterparts have already begun filming Series 25.
According to AOL UK, the first season of The Grand Tour made profit of nearly US$11 million, which will certainly make the folks over at Amazon really happy. The trio’s deal with Amazon involves an agreement of 36 episodes over three years. Excited?
