Auto Bavaria opens interim BMW showroom in Cheras

Auto Bavaria, the dealership that’s synonymous with BMW, has opened a new interim BMW showroom in Cheras. The 1S facility is located along Jalan Tengah, Cheras Selatan 118.

The showroom serves as an interim facility to establish a footprint in the Cheras and Balakong area. It is in anticipation of the opening of a brand new Auto Bavaria Cheras 4S dealership in the future.

“The introduction of our new BMW 1S facility here signifies our efforts and commitment to our customers and potentials in the area in delivering the premium expression that is synonymous with the BMW brand. Apart from this, we are also reviewing all our current customer touch points in our existing network of dealerships especially in Penang and Johor which will be upgraded,” said Jeffrey Gan, MD of Auto Bavaria.

The two-storey 3,600 sq.ft. facility features a showroom that can fit three vehicles and a customer lounge on the ground floor, as well as an administration office on the first floor. Ten employees are stationed there.

Established in 1988, Auto Bavaria’s network of dealerships comprises of five branches representing the BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad and BMW i brands, located at Glenmarie, Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru. Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi won the best BMW Dealer in Customer Care in the region of Asia Pacific and South Africa earlier this year.

Really don’t know how AB can win awards. Go to their Glenmarie showroom, walk around 30 mins also, nobody layan you. So, I honestly don’t know how this ratings are done.

Don’t forget also the countless of complains of people who service their cars there.

You should walk into Cycle & Carriage instead. They’re far worse.

Car is good, drive is good, service is so bad. I am sick of their service. My old w212 service had much better attention earlier.

If we wear like a poor man, what do you expect from the salesman. I have no problem all the time.

      • If you wear like a rich man, but in reality you can’t even afford to buy Axia Advance, then how? Rich man doesn’t put a show on how rich they are, but those rich wannabe, but in fact no money, are the one that has lots of show to convince others that they are rich. In general, ones should not judge others by looking at their appearance. Customers is always a customers

Kuih, I used to have the same exact opinion as you when it came to customer service. That doesn’t excuse those who purely judge by looks, but do lookup on ‘respectful clothing’ and ‘underdressed’.

Try a different point of view and you will find that dressing decently is by itself a form of mannerism.
