Gleneagles Penang will be the first hospital in Malaysia to offer e-hailing concierge services free of charge, Bernama reports. This will be enabled via the Concierge by Grab for Business service, said Gleneagles Penang chief operating officer Yong Zi Ling.
Concierge by Grab for Business enables the hospital’s customer service team to arrange and book rides on behalf of patients or their caregivers, Yong adding that the new transport service is to provide added convenience for patients, particularly those who are senior citizens who may not have smartphones, and international patients who might not have phone data plans.
“It is part of the hospital’s initiative to deliver exceptional patient care by providing best-in-class patient experience and outcomes, as well as continuously strive for improvement and provide value-added services to ensure meeting the patient’s needs,” Yong said following a corporate service and billing agreement signing with Grab Malaysia, the latter represented by head of Grab for Business Casey Chung.
Grab for Business is a transport solution that helps companies manage their transport budget and keep track of employees’ Grab business trips, helping track transport expenses, manage trip policies and billing options, according to the company.

Just outside Gleneagles Penang there are two bus stops 50 meters within each other
Stupid little boy, if you don’t know anything please shut up. Asking patient to take bus?

This sound like business promotion, or a service to the needy?
When Grab goes underground again thanks to excessive regulations, will the government then haul Gleneagles to court for abetting an illegal business?
