Malaysian fuel prices May 28 to June 3, 2026 – prices down; diesel RM4.87, RON95 RM3.92, RON97 RM4.65

Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha! The public holiday falls on Wednesday, which means the ministry of finance has released new fuel prices for the coming week of May 28 to June 3, 2026.

Starting tomorrow, the retail price of B10 and B20 blends of diesel is set at RM4.87 per litre, which is 10 sen less than the RM4.97 per litre last week. Euro 5 B7 blend of diesel, which is 20 sen more per litre than B10/B20, will therefore retail at RM5.07 per litre. As before, the retail price of diesel fuels in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan stays unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.

As for petrol, subsidised RON 95 under the Budi Madani RON 95 (Budi95) scheme remains at RM1.99 per litre, with Malaysians holding a valid driving licence being eligible for the fuel at a monthly quota that is temporarily adjust to 200 litres per month.

Meanwhile, unsubsidised RON 95 is cheaper at RM3.92 per litre, down 15 sen from RM4.07 per litre last week. Similarly, RON 97 will cost less at the pumps starting tomorrow, retailing for RM4.65 or 20 sen less than RM4.85 per litre last week.

These prices take effect from midnight tonight until Wednesday, June 3, 2026. This is the 23rd edition of the weekly fuel pricing format for 2026, and the 386th in total since the format was introduced at the start of 2019.
