Petronas Fuel Up Challenge happening this Sunday!

We’ve just heard word that there will be an interesting activity happening at Petronas stations in conjunction with new Petronas fuel formula that’s set to be launched this weekend on April 10.

There will basically be a “Fuel Up Challenge” happening between 5.30pm to 8.30pm on April 10, which is this Sunday. What you have to do is pick a certain amount of fuel that you will try to attempt to fill up. This may be a choice of 3 different amounts like RM20, RM50 or RM70 – we don’t have the exact details yet.

You will have to pump in the new Petronas fuel into your car manually to the exact amount that you’ve chosen. If you go over by even 1 sen, you lose the challenge. You’ll win something if you hit your target. Prizes will be announced closer to the challenge date, so keep an eye out for the announcement.

Follow the updates on the Petronasbrands Facebook Fan Page by “Liking” it and watch out for the full announcement for the “Fuel Up Challenge”, and head to your nearest Petronas station nationwide between 5.30pm to 8.30pm this Sunday to participate and get a first taste of the new fuel formula.

    • May be many fuel dispensers are going to break down due to overly-frequent presses and releases. :) People are likely to repeat the press-release cycle many times when near the target amounts.

maybe this time the RON95 with better AKI level? or the standard AKI? if you check worldwide, especially USA, some are using AKI number instead of RON number…so I was wonder if our initial RON95 at the standard AKI…mmh..
