BHPetrol has come out to say that not all petrols are the same. Its latest Infiniti Advanced2X 95 and 97 have been developed to further substantiate this statement. BHPetrol says that additives that are included in the fuels make all the difference.
The Infiniti Advanced2X 95 and 97 fuels are formulated using BHPetrol’s Advanced Double Strength formula containing quality Advanced Additive Compound or AAC, developed using German technology. Furthermore, the treat rate is set at the maximum recommended 800 parts per million (800ppm). This is expected to give users fuel savings and at the same time, extra power at no extra charge.
The Infiniti Advanced2X 95 and 97 fuels, which contain world-class quality additives from Germany with a maximum treat rate quantity, cleans up hydrocarbon deposits around the intake valve and this prevents clogging of the fuel injector to ensure optimum combustion. To further encourage trial, BHPetrol has also launched the Infiniti Fever Frenzy II contest, which gives you the chance to win a Proton Inspira and up to RM30,000 of cash prizes.
Furthermore, the Proton Inspira and RM30,000 cash prizes are offered every month between April and July 2011. Not only that, there will be a Grand Finale for the July draw and an additional ten Apple iPads will be made available, as well as five 40-inch Sony LED TVs and 500,000 ePoints for ten lucky individuals.
All you need to do is to spend a minimum of RM30 at any participating BHPetrol service station and get an entry form which will require you to answer two simple questions.
It is also interesting to note that all entries submitted from the first month will be eligible to win in all four months. The idea here is, the more you spend, the better your chance of winning. Good luck!
Inspira – the most conspiracy and debating car in the market lol.
very reasonable to buy because got offered 30 000 by bph petrol m akes easier for me…moo
I read this on star newspaper’s online portal.
“The Government hopes to lure more Malaysians working overseas with an income tax rate of 15% for five years and new rules on cars under the Returning Experts Programme.”
New rules for cars? Do they mean easier and lower tax for them to bring back their cars?
For those has been helping in developing this country will not get extra benefits.
&^*&^%#…
I still remember the girl who burnt to death just because BHP can’t spare a single fire extinguisher.
Is that the fault of BHPetrol or that particular station owner’s self-imposed policies or the station personnel’s own action? Use the brain that God gave you.
In Sarawak, can’t find any BHPetro stationI I also want to join this contest!!!!!
The probabilities of winning this competition is really low. I have entered dozens of petronas contest but never won anything.
Move along sambal.
msia practice monolopized or controlled market, Petronas/Shell presence most in East Malaysia. You want freedom of trade? you think they will let BHP/Caltex go East Malaysia? go Inception better chance..even banking only lately they provide those foreign banks open more branches.
Actually… BHPetrol is GLC-owned. The BH in BHPetrol is Boustead Holdings.
Boustead Holdings is not really considered GLC owned. It is owned by Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera …… but they have bought over BP petrol stations in Malaysia
Ah OK… so maybe not GOVERNMENT owned. But somehow related to powerful people :P
Since Boustead is also involved in Palm Oil business especially in Borneo, why wouldn’t they come up with bio-fuels initiative?
I’m out of luck here since there’s hardly any BHP in Kota Bharu….not that I’ve seen so far anyway. So sad.
In Shah Alam area too… hard to find one.
The petrol looks impressive by the description. May the mileage goes to infinity and beyond….with one full tank..
How sad, from last year’s Mercedes C200CGi to a crappy Proton. Nobody wants to win a Proton lah. Make people’s dream of owning a Mercedes or a BMW come true.
Oil companies are so stingy. Some of them just giving 32 inch plasma. Come on lah, 32 inch plasma is only RM1200 lah. Even a kuli also can afford. So so sad. No wonder why people buy Magnum, Toto all other gambling. At least got dream of winning something than to enter a stupid contest.
I dont think Proton Inspira is crappy.
Petroleum companies make billions. Somemore with a contest, they make extra millions just for the specific contest period. Why so kedekut give a Proton? BMW 320i only RM236,000. That also the petroleum companies cannot give as 1st Prize. Btw, Proton is not crappy, its mere junk.Just that we got no choice but to buy it.
dear sad proton owner,
no wonder you are sad, you’re always complaining. hey, they’re giving you a chance to win a FREE car, still complaining? you fill up your car, and if you’re lucky, you get a FREE car! how is that kedekut?
if a BMW 320i is ONLY rm236,000.00, then why don’t you go buy it yourself? it’s ONLY rm236k what, not that expensive. then maybe you’ll be a ‘happy bmw owner’ instead of sad proton owner.
Seriously, you guys must try out the petrol, I’ve tested the petrol myself and it is incredibly good. Maybe you will not feel any saving for the first 1 or 2 tanks, but after that, it is just amazing.
My first tank of petrol, I feel the engine run smoother, second tank even better and feel the power, when you want power to overtake, it gives you power and amazingly when I fill in my third thank of BHP petrol, I can see that it is saving at least 10% to 20% of fuel.
My brother also told me he is saving quite a lot with BHP.
After trying a new Primax95 Extra, yesterday, damn I would not switch to other brands, very satisfied.
Very true indeed…heck I would stick with Primax 95 Xtra..serious saving even on the first fill
i also have tried the petrol and can feel the different after 3 times fill, my engine feel smoother and give more power when accelerate but still not feel the saving cause each time i’m filling for rm30 hehe..
i’m eager to try the new Primax95 Extra as they said give more power n mileage
Please let me know after you try that… :)
whats the diifference ppm between bhp & the new primax?
nowaday i use shell 95…then petronas come out with primax95 extra…so can anybody feel the differences of the new fuel from petronas..or its just marketing strategy..the fuel is the same old one…
I’m sample for x-petronas customer who comeback to petronas after they launch new petrol. Happy to refuel back with petronas. Their prev ron95 suck.
Last 4 years, I did my own test/comparison of the Petro*** and Sh***. Top up till full, alternately, with both fuel. I run along same route at about the same hour every day till empty. Did that roughly three cycle. (3 time Petro**** and 3 time Sh***). My conclusion, both are the same.
I use same stations, and same pump.
can anybody confirm the fuel consumption comparison between the new primax95 xtra with other brands?
R u a station owner (because your claim of up to 20% savings)? Anyway on a personal experience level, I tried a tankful but it was disappointing. I felt less power, but maybe, just maybe there was a teeny weeny bit of savings (really subjective lah).
Maybe I should have tried 3 tankfuls like u did but I was impatient. Maybe the fault was before that I just used Primax. I was using Shell these previous few weeks (because of the competition) but now as soon as I switched to Primax Xtra 95 I can feel instantaneous boost of power.
U can add tonnes of additives but quantity does not equate to quality. My lunatic biochemical lecturer in UK once told us that he added water to his petrol inside his Porsche because it adds power. Now that’s H2O for additive. Never had the guts to try!!!
I have been using BHPetrol for the past 3 years. Boustead Holdings bought over these petrol stations from BP .I feel the fuel is better than Petronas in terms of power. There is more pick up.In the A.Keroh BHP station ,there is a promotion. For every RM20.00 petrol purchase ,one can get a car wash for just RM4.00.As for the lucky draw ,BHP should give a Japanese car i.e Toyota Vios instead of a low quality Proton for winners.Petronas Primax95 is just the same old fuel.It is just a marketting strategy.
Bhp 95 better or the new petronas primax xtra 95 better?
I always read the statement from BHP that they are using ‘GERMAN TECHNOLOGY’. Can this guy at BHP tell me which technology they are using?? I live in Germany and in Germany they never boost or shout any technology in their petrol…either in ARAL, JET, OMV and etc………so are this BHP is try to mislead the customer or too much marketing for users to use their petrol?? please elaborate to me….or one day somebody will sue BHP for misleading the users…..my question is WHICH TECHNOLOGY? technology which comply with EU regulations or technology which no one ever know what it is??
Danke
Tschuss!!
Let me give you a hint.

Any free car or even china car is considered good news and need to get it. Dont shows to other forumers that you have no brain. Thank you
For those has been helping in developing this country will not entitle this benefits.
&^*&^%#…
i encounter engine pinking when i use bp95,then i change to esso/mobil 95,less pinking, maybe BP fuel ability to resist pinking is low. Exessive pinking will cause engine damage.
the correct term is ‘pinging’. ping, not pink. if a fuel turns my engine to the color PINK, i’d be pissed as well, because it’s not my favorite color.
The contest will be quite tough to win,the car is not too bad and who owns it and all that what nots.
The fuel is very, very good.Use it.Far better than Petronas and Shell.I use it all the time.Enough said.
Cheers.
was shell all the way, but 2 years ago i had empty tank and had to refill at a Fugly orange station in Kota kemuning.. ever since that am filling up BHP awesome power on my cab, turbo and na cars.
tried the new petronas about last week, i got a bad mileage almost 40km less then i used to get with bhp and the power its not really impressive.. i only tried on my cab not sure on the other engine type.
harap2 sy menanggg…
