U know, the smart tunnel have several ideas in their mind on how to actually improve their business undertakings. But, having an Monitor down there is jaz brainless. Coz, it will be super expensive, one. two, whenever it floods, not only water will flow. but also anonymous objects such as big wreck trees , 6 foot long keli, or worst, a sofa! All this imagine flowing with such speed and wreck the tunnel.

    Not a nice move.
