Not too long ago we launched the Toyota 86 Cutout Contest which saw you, the readers of this website explore your creativity with scaled paper cutouts of the 86. We received very interesting submissions with creative colours and jaw dropping, almost realistic scenery :)
Moving on, our eventual winners: Jason Ngiam, Ng Lun Cheng and Kimmy Lim were invited to experience the Toyota 86 on specially-selected windy roads and we caught the entire session on video. The highlight of the event was of course the oversteer session where the winners experienced going sideways with the rear wheel drive coupe.
Stay tuned for more interesting contests and for the mean time, enjoy the video!

Seeing this video makes me feel really upset for not completing my paper model. Will be worse if it was a stick shift.
Did you know that Clarkson gave this vehicle a 5 stars?
Kimmy looks like she was having a blast drifting the car around the track. Great video :)
Envy the participants, and love the 86 caps they were wearing..!
great job harvi!
y i no get drive this car?
Hachi = 8 (Eight)
Roku = 6 (Six)
Hachi roku = Eight six
Hachi ju roku = Eighty six
Therefore “eight six” is the correct English pronunciation of this car.
My work here is done #CaptainObvious
Car is great.
Vid is a joke.
Are you a jelly owner of a shitty car magazine that can’t print video on paper?
No, I am not.
But as a reader/viewer and car enthusiast, I honestly thought it could have been better. (IMHO).
Trading my preve for this.
You need to have 3-4 Preves.
To the T haters, can your CRZ or RCZ give you this much fun?
Depends on what you want in a sports car. The 86 is FUN but not STYLE compared to the CRZ and RCZ.
