The Twin Towers @ Live 2014 free concert, the fourth of its kind and initially set for this weekend, has been cancelled. Here’s the official statement of the event update:

Petronas, together with other sponsors of the Twin Towers @ Live 2014 concert, has concluded with concert organiser Live @ Work Sdn Bhd to cancel the concert, originally planned for March 28 and 29.

The decision was unanimously taken as a sign of respect to the families, friends and loved ones of the passengers and crew of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370.

We are truly saddened by the tragedy and offer our deepest condolences to them.

while I can understand they’re sad over this, they shouldn’t just cancel the concert. they should hold like a minutes silence for the victims prior to the start

How come Petronas don’t cry and don’t show sign of respect for all the deaths that happens in lockups and custody every year? Those deaths are far more than all those who died on MH370? And that happens every year!

Because deaths in lock-ups and custody is not just something everyday, but a punishment for crime. The MH370 cannot compare. It is so rare to see a Malaysian air crash worse than MH653 of 1977

ACTUALLY……….the main reason was those celebrities cancelled their show here because of political issue on Malaysian handles MH370 incidence. Well, im not saying good & bad here. You need to do something “physically” look good (at least) at right time. Not like the Bomoh Raja VIP Excellencia. Visit Malaysia year 2014 really give a hard time to the nation & country. whatever we do now, many will criticize & purposely give us not-so-easy over it. They like to blow our balls “interna-tentionally”. my goodness. Authority shifted the families of chinese victim out of putrajaya hotel for the grandprix also kena woohaa. aiyo…enough lah bro.
