Does Jeremy Clarkson already have his next project after Top Gear all planned out? Various media outlets are speculating that he may be headed to BBC’s rival Channel 4 to star in a show supposedly called Full Throttle, after a tweet by a certain @stevebrisbane1 was discovered.

However no one really knows who this @stevebrisbane1 is – his Twitter description seems to indicate he works in an automotive dealer in aftersales. Some kind of wild misinterpretation here, perhaps?

The same reports claim this Instagram post by Tom Ford (named in the tweet as one of Clarkson’s co-hosts in the Full Throttle show) as being from the set of Full Throttle, with speculation that the tall person on the right is Clarkson himself.

The photo is more likely to be from the set of Mud, Sweat and Gears though, starring Ford and fellow journalist/presenter Jonny Smith, as the previous few photos posted a day before the supposedly ‘Full Throttle’ one specifically referred to the Mud, Sweat and Gears show.

While the BBC investigates what actually happened during the incident with the producer, Clarkson has been suspended and the three remaining episodes of this season’s Top Gear has been scrapped.

It cost BBC2 close to 4 million viewers on during the Top Gear slot – a documentary about the British Royal Air Force aerobatics team that aired in its place was rated at just 1.3 million viewers.
