Jalan Pahang one-week lane closure for DUKE Phase 2

Two lanes off Jalan Pahang will be closed to traffic for a week to enable crosshead installation in the second phase of the Duta Ulu-Kelang Expressway (DUKE) project, Bernama reports.

The two lanes are Jalan 9/48A (from Jalan Pahang to Bandar Baru Sentul) and Jalan Lang Emas (from Segambut to Kepong/Sungai Buloh). Jalan 9/48A has been closed from 10 pm to 5 am since Tuesday and will stay closed until Sunday, while Jalan Lang Emas will be closed from 10 pm to 5 am between today and next Tuesday.

Motorists using Jalan Lang Emas are encouraged to take alternative routes in Jalan Lang Kuning, Jalan 3/36, Jalan 3/62B, Jalan 1/62B and Jalan 2/62B, while motorists from Jalan Pahang are encouraged to take Jalan 3/48A as an alternative to reach Bandar Baru Sentul, to avoid traffic congestion.
