Road closure on MEX highway from KM10 to KM23

MEX road closure KM10 to KM23-01

There will be a temporary two-way road closure at a stretch along the Maju Expressway (MEX). The four-hour road closure will be in effect from KM10 (Bukit Jalil Interchange) to KM23 (Putrajaya interchange). It will take place during the wee hours of Thursday morning, on October 1 from 1 am to 5 am.

Said closure is to allow for the launch of a linkbridge at the Seri Kembangan Elevated Interchange. South-bound traffic coming from the Kampung Pandan roundabout, Salak Selatan and Kuchai Lama will be diverted out from the MEX highway at the Bukit Jalil Interchange ramp – the entry ramp from the direction of Sri Petaling will also be closed.

Alternative routes that south-bound motorists can choose to use include the Kesas and KL-Seremban highway which also leads to Putrajaya, KLIA and Seremban.

The north-bound closure involves the Putrajaya and KLIA entry ramps at the Putrajaya Link. Alternative routes that motorists heading towards KL can take include the SKVE, ELITE and KL-Seremban highways.
