Adopting lightweight suspensions from the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, it also gets large 380 mm steel brakes with six-piston aluminium fixed calipers in front a four-piston calipers at the rear. While the wheels are 18-inch five-hole rims, wrapped in Michelin racing slicks. In addition, it features ABS with 12 settings and a reprogrammed ESP.
Inside, the trackster comes with paddle shifters on the steering, a rollcage, a racing bucket seat and a six-point harness along with a 12V/70Ah battery in the passenger compartment. A 70-litre fuel tank or an optional 100-litre FIA FT3 safety fuel tank can be specified.
Available for purchase through Porsche Motorsport in Weissach, Germany or Porsche Motorsport North America, it is priced at USD$165,000 (RM715,350). As a reference, the standard Porsche Cayman GT4 in Malaysia costs RM840,000 OTR sans registration fees, road tax, and insurance.
