Audi Service Kuala Lumpur has been officially launched by DRB-Hicom. The relocated and upgraded facility was already operational in early September, this year. The new centre is targeting a total of 11,040 throughputs per year, up from 2,500 previously. It hopes to cater to Audi vehicles in the Klang Valley over the next five years.
Completed back in August 31, 2015 at a cost of RM11.3 million, total area of the centre is 46,974 square feet, while built-up area comprises of 34,272 square feet. The workshop area measures at 10,247 square feet, while the parts warehouse built-up is 1,866 square feet. A total of RM2.3 million has been allocated for special tools.
It has three direct reception bays, with one specially dedicated to the Audi R8. As for standard bays, the centre has 26 bays that come complete with a brake and suspension tester bay as well as an alignment and balancing bay. In addition to that, a special tools room is also present. All-in-all, the centre has the capacity to service a total of 40 Audi vehicles per day.
Two other bays are reserved as training facilities. According to the brand, it serves as a training hub that will facilitate training for all five Euromobil branches nationwide and will also serve as an extension of the brand’s current training centre in Glenmarie.
Furthermore, the centre now has a total staff-force of 47 (up from 21), comprising of service advisors, technicians and consultants. Technicians number at 15 in total, divided into various respective roles – four technicians are assigned to the diagnosis bay, while four to the express lane service, three to maintenance service and four for major repair.
The relocation of the service centre is situated some 300 metres away from the previous location. The new address is No. 124, 126, 127 and 128, Jalan Enam Kawasan Perindustrian Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.

as long as DRB involved in this instead of Audi itself, the service will be bad and will make Audi lose more market share. DRB is incompetent even collecting rubbish by their Alam Flora ppl.
