Touch ‘n Go says it is looking into increasing the number of reload locations where card top-ups can be done without users having to pay service charges, The Sun reports.

The company’s CEO Syahrunizam Samsudin said that it was in discussions with business partners to expand its network of top-up locations that did not impose reload fees, which are typically the administrative charges levied by agents or merchants offering reload services.

“To date, we have more than 9,000 reload points nationwide, with 2,000 of them being those with no reload fees imposed. These are available at various toll plazas’ customer service centres, Touch ‘n Go hubs, Touch ‘n Go SPOT, Tesco stores, Watsons, KK Supermart, Guardian pharmacies, selected petrol stations and CIMB automated teller machines,” he told the publication.

“Additionally, we have also introduced the Self Service Kiosk (SSK) that will enable our potential and current customers to easily purchase a TNG card or reload their cards without any charges,” he added. He said the SSK’s are available at selected shopping malls around the Klang Valley as well as KLIA and KLIA2. The kiosks can also be found at some R&R stops along highways.
