DS3 Givenchy Le MakeUp – 500 units for the stylistas

Citroen DS3 Givenchy Le MakeUp-1

In a special collaboration between Citroen and Givenchy Le MakeUp, a limited edition DS3 has been brought about as a result. Targeted at women, the DS3 Givenchy Le MakeUp will be on display at DS World Paris from May 10 to June 7, and officially available in the UK on June 1.

To be offered in both hatchback and cabrio body styles, the 500-unit limited edition DS3 comes with a textured white body colour called Opaline white. There are Givenchy Le MakeUp badges on the doors, located near the shark fin B-pillars.

The roof, door mirrors and wheel caps are all in DS signature whisper purple colour. On the Cabrio, the black fabric soft-top is complemented by roof surrounds, also in whisper purple.

Inside, it gets a rose pink dashboard and a premium black leather upholstery, while both the courtesy mirrors get exclusive LED lighting for better illumination. The floor mats feature the Givenchy Le MakeUp logo, while the centre armrest gets a touch of rose pink and a Givenchy emblem.

Additionally, there’s a bespoke Givenchy Le MakeUp kit stored in a special compartment in the driver’s armrest. The cosmetic kit includes a noir couture mascara, prisme visage face powder, le rouge lipstick and whisper purple nail polish.

The limited edition DS3 here is powered by the PureTech 110S&S three-cylinder petrol engine, and is offered with a manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic transmission. As for prices, the limited edition DS3 Givenchy Le MakeUp starts from £19,395 (RM113,590) to £23,195 (RM135,850).

  • I have to say, I’m quite surprised the DS3 has been getting a lot of praise from reviews. Even Clarkson & Co prefered it over the R56 mini

I like the DS3 although the Clio is more hard edged. The DS4 and DS5 are impractical.
