Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has announced the opening of two new 3S centres in the East Coast region. The two autohaus outlets, Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kota Bharu in Kelantan and Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kuala Terengganu, are operated by authorised dealer Mofaz Exotic Car.
The Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kota Bharu Autohaus, located at Lot 422-425, Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, 15200 Kota Bharu, is a 5,372 sq ft facility capable of accommodating four showroom vehicles and three work bays in the service area.
The Mofaz Kuala Terengganu Autohaus, meanwhile, has a built up area of 4,435 sq ft and is able to showcase three showroom vehicles, with three work bays in its service area. It is located at No. 179, Jalan Sultan Mohamad, 21100 Gong Kapas, Kuala Terengganu.
With a total investment of RM600,000, both full-fledged 3S Autohaus facilities are fully compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), complete with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI). Each outlet has a staff count of 14, and are collectively capable of servicing a total of 131 vehicles a month.
