In order to serve customers in the northern region of Penang, Kedah, Perak and Perlis better, Triumph Malaysia has opened a new showroom in Penang, located in Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Minden Heights, Gelugor, Penang. Also on the premises is a fully-equipped Triumph service centre, where Triumph owners can obtain care and maintenance for their motorcycles.
This brings the total number of official Triumph showrooms and service centres in Malaysia to six. Aside from its flagship concept store in Petaling Jaya, Triumph Malaysia also has branches in Johor Bharu, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu, aside from two other branches in the north under the Penang branch.
“At Triumph Malaysia, we consider the service component to be as essential as sales. It is no good selling a bike if you cannot support it,” said Datuk Razak Al-Malique, head of Triumph Malaysia. “After six years, our expansion has been progressive, and we look forward to building our customer base for the future,” he said.
