For those travelling on Deepvali, which falls on Wednesday, PLUS is offering toll rebates of up to 20% on October 18.
The 20% toll rebate is for transactions with PLUSMiles cards. Electronic toll transactions via normal Touch n Go cards will get 10% rebate on the date. However, the rebates only apply to Class 1 highway users travelling more than 100 km on PLUS highways.
Note that highway users will still be paying full rates on October 18. The rebates will be credited to the cards when they are reloaded at PLUS customer service centres from November 15 to February 14 2018. The rebates are not offered for payments at Bukit Kayu Hitam, Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, Tanjung Kupang and Penang Bridge toll plazas.
As usual, PLUS has also released a travel time advisory to distribute traffic on the North-South Expressway (NSE) in conjunction with the Deepavali festive period (October 13-22). The operator anticipates 1.6 million vehicles to ply the NSE daily during the period, an increase of 14% over a regular working day.

Balik kampung but travel less than 100km not entitled, pity them… So Sad 3rd world mentality… offer should standard for all users no discrimination, they all paid the toll fee and they all deserved it.
Seriously, those who celebrate Deepavali will never travel on the day of celebration. PLUS, please be considerate and give discounts for before and after Deepavali. Cause thats when people are actually travelling outstation, not during Deepavali day.

Nak bagi discount tapi ada t&c, more than 100km only can get but wait until you reload then baru credited to your card. What a great promotion!

1.6 mil anticipated…. Anyway not all of the 1.4 million users OF NSE pay RM50. From Juru to Jawi also using NSE but pay RM3+ only… Don’t assume. And yes, I don’t like concession extension for no effing reason also….
With this sort of hassle, term/conditions, low % rebates, better not give at all lah, PLUS….
