We at paultan.org will be organising our very first reader meet and greet session this month. You’ve read our reports and reviews, watched our videos, and now, we are saying thank you!
For this first event (of many more to come!), we will host a casual meet and greet session with you, our dear readers – come on over and have a chat with our editors, writers and hosts. And yes, Harve Singh will be there :).
To make it more interesting, we will also feature new vehicles for you to get up close and personal with, starting out with the two latest executive plug-in hybrid models: W213 Mercedes-Benz E 350e and Volvo S90 T8 Twin Engine. Here’s your chance to see both cars side by side for a proper comparison. We will also record your opinions – so here’s your chance to be featured on paultan.org!
The first paultan.org meet and greet event will be held at our very own Driven Studios in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, on November 11, 2017. We will be selecting 30 readers, each with a plus one, over two sessions (morning and afternoon). Refreshments will be served.

Wow, this is big news ! :o It’s awesome to see Paul & team organise a meet & greet session for fans and readers ! I anticipate many, many surprises to come from this event !
Unfortunately, as much as I would love to try for a chance at being one of the 30 lucky readers, my current situation and circumstances make things difficult :( … but if there’s a second or third meet & greet event next year, I’ll be sure to keep an eye out ! :D
Also, to be fair, I’ve already met most of the Driven team at this stage, and with limited spaces, I believe many other fans & readers deserve this rare chance far more than I do, at any rate ! :]
I eagerly look forward to the write-up/report from this meet & greet event ! Who knows, maybe the real Sam Loo will show up ! … or maybe not ? But I’m sure we’ll see many interesting personalities nonetheless. :D

LHDN loves these kinda people. Lately they love to invite them for teh tarik and ask for “donation” from them.
Meanwhile Volvo drivers no unwanted attention, you feel safe, and you feel safe with it. Gearbox pun Toyota punya, bulletproof reliable, tak payah pening, tak payah fikir.
LHDN dun look at what badge is on the car, they only concern on the sticker price. They will still come after volvo owners if pay by cash.
Volvo no RV, so only people who truly can afford it buys it. And they usually declare their income and pay their due, no problem.
People who like to be flashy, but liat to pay tax, prefer Merc to showoff, got waterface. So end up many kena teh tarik and asked donation.
LHDN dun care how much u get in return, they only care how much u spend with cash.
Spending with cash is not an offense as long as the income is all legit, declared and paid tax.
LHDN may call and teh tarik with Volvo owners, then if they discovered nothing wrong, income all legit, he paid tax etc, they can’t simply suka2 compound just because he bought the Volvo cash.
