Highway concessionaire Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara – Timur (Kesturi) announced that toll collection has started at the Segambut Toll Plaza from yesterday, following one month of toll-free passage for motorists along that stretch.
Toll rates charged at the Segambut toll plaza (located along the DUKE Highway Phase 2 Sri Damansara Link) will be RM2.50 for Class 1 vehicles, RM3.80 for Class 2 vehicles, RM5.00 for Class 3 vehicles and RM1.30 for both Class 4 and Class 5 vehicles. The new highway connects road users from the residential areas of Sri Damansara, Rawang, Desa Park City, Kepong and Sungai Buloh with the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The 7.4 km-long tolled passage assists in reducing traffic congestion on the MRR2 and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) while reducing travel times compared to those of existing roads, the concessionaire said. The second phase of the DUKE Highway also includes the Tun Razak Link, which was opened in May.

since kepong to jinjang has almost like what 7 traffic light and pretty much the bottleneck hence the duke 2 project
not jalan bandar? topkek ,duke 2 also relieve the old Menjalara to segambut road by making new exit which by the way do away the big bottleneck near SMK Menjalara which has been looooong known as the biggest bottleneck in Menjalara/Taman bukit Maluri area

i did try the Bulatan Pahang Duke entrance, but there is no way for there to go to Ampang area. anyone has try?
The only exit from that stretch of DUKE is only towards Setapak / Gombak.
to go ampang, its best you look for akleh. waze.
