December 2017 week four fuel prices – two sen up

After two weeks of fuel prices heading south, it’s up again, but not by much. From tomorrow, December 21, RON 95 petrol will cost two sen more at RM2.27 per litre (from RM2.25 per litre last week). It’s the same for RON 97 petrol, which will go up two sen to RM2.54 per litre (up from RM2.52).

Meanwhile, the price of Euro 2 diesel will be three sen higher at RM2.23 (up from RM2.20), and Euro 5 diesel – always higher by 10 sen over Euro 2M – will be RM2.33 per litre. These prices take effect from 12.01am until December 27, when the last round of fuel prices for 2017 will be announced.

This is the 39th weekly fuel pricing update since the system’s implementation on March 30. Compared to March 2017 prices, which was the last month before weekly pricing came into effect, RON 95 is down by three sen (from RM2.30 per litre), RON 97 is down by six sen (from RM2.60 per litre) and Euro 2M diesel three sen costlier (from RM2.20 per litre).

gaji org Singapura 6X gaji org mesia.

Gaji purata Singapore gomen officer earn SGD5000 (RM18,000)

        Gaji purata Putrajaya RM1200

        RM1200 vs RM18000

Kalau gaji saya RM18000 saya pun rela beli RM5 se liter

SG gomen officer earn SG5k pay SG2.5 ron-98 per liter
My gomen officer earn RM5k pay RM2.54 ron-97 per liter

Basic math, calculate the ratio, it’s back to square one.

I tot mighty SGD should price their petrol 3x less??? No? No point earn 3x more while have to pay 3x more for the same item.

All over the world, oil prices are going down. But in Malaysia, petrol prices going up.

Malaysia is the ONLY oil producing country that sells its oil very expensive to its rakyat. All other oil producing countries sell their oil super cheap to their rakyat. Look at Saudi, sell 25 cents per litre (Rm1.05)

We are overpaying by more than RM1 per litre. Calculate that with 10 million motorists, Gomen makes billions extra every month.

with my cervelo road bike, i rarely use petrol nowadays unless i drive outstation with my EEV status Civic FC 1.5 turbo.

government should make more bicycle lanes and also allow bicycles to park at a proper designated spot.
