The ministry of domestic trade and consumer affairs (KPDNKK) has announced the price of RON 97 petrol for the coming week, starting from midnight till August 1. The petrol grade will be priced at RM2.54 per litre at the pumps, which is two sen lower than the current price of RM2.56.
Prices have been on a downward trend – before this week, it was RM2.59 per litre. As usual, only the price of RON 97 changes by the week. RON 95 continues to be priced at RM2.20 per litre and Euro 2M diesel at RM2.18 per litre, while Euro 5 diesel is priced at RM2.28 per litre at the pump. This fixed price for RON 95 and diesel will remain indefinitely.

This is fake news. PH never made such promise nor was it in their manifesto.

Regular grade Ron92 petrol at RM1.50.
Premium grade Ron95 petrol can sell RM2 and above ok.
In western countries. They only pump ron91 or e85. Stop repeating the same news.
