RON 97 petrol price down 3 sen this week – RM2.61

RON 97 petrol price down 3 sen this week – RM2.61

Time for the weekly RON 97 petrol price update – users will pay less for the fuel this week, with the ministry of domestic trade and consumer affairs (KPDNHEP) announcing that it will be priced at RM2.61 per litre this week, down three sen from the RM2.64 per litre last week.

The new RON 97 price will take effect from midnight till August 15, when the next weekly fuel price announcement will made. The price for RON 95 and diesel are unchanged due to subsidies, and of course remain in place indefinitely, with only RON 97 following market prices.

As such, RON 95 continues to be priced at RM2.20 per litre and Euro 2M diesel at RM2.18 per litre, while Euro 5 diesel is priced at RM2.28 per litre at the pump.

within a short three month since the historic upset victory, our nation onto greatness again. due to budget constraints, my family only afford to fill up RON95 fixed at RM2.20. which otherwise would cost alot more expensive with Crude oil pushing up 37%. thank you to all malaysians.

My family can only afford to fill up RON95 priced at RM1.50 as that was what promised by those now in Government. But for past 2 months, my family is dirt broke because that promise is still unrealised as well as free highway travel which we used daily. Who fault is it that we are still broke even with new Government?

If u said ur family can only afford to fill up petrol priced at RM1.50, then what are u filling up in the era of ex-PM? Water is it? As far as i know, there was never petrol priced at RM1.50 during his reign. You want to blame the new Gov for what you never get in old Gov?

With higher grocery prices and basic foodstuff cost, very soon we might be relegated to eating cat food as that is the only thing left we can afford.
