Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM), together with its dealer partner, Asbenz Stern, has launched the new Mercedes-Benz Asbenz Stern Kuantan Autohaus in Pahang.
The new showroom occupies a built-up area of 3,860 square feet, and is backed by a nearby service centre (13,496 square feet). Together, the Autohaus offers sales, service and spare parts (3S) support to customers in the region.
“Today, together with our dealer partner, Asbenz Stern, we further underline our commitment to the East Coast region. The Mercedes-Benz Asbenz Stern Kuantan Autohaus demonstrates our commitment to enhancing our customer touchpoints nationwide, delivering to our customers the best products and best customer experience,” said Claus Weidner, president and CEO of MBM.
The Autohaus adopts the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) concept and is capable of displaying up to seven Mercedes-Benz vehicles. It is supplemented by the interactive I-Showroom, which allows customers to learn more about the latest products and promotions.
Meanwhile, the service centre is equipped with 10 works bays and an inspection bay, with the capacity to service 250 vehicles monthly. A well-equipped waiting area is also present for the comfort of customers. Both facilities feature the latest Mercedes-Benz corporate identity, and are staffed by six sales and 12 quality service technicians.
“It gives us great pride to extend our reach and presence to the East Coast, giving us the opportunity to deliver the Asbenz brand of service and hospitality to customers in Kuantan and across the East Coast,” commented Goh Chuan Kiong, managing director of Asbenz Motors.
Asbenz Motors partnership with Mercedes-Benz started in May 2004 with its first Autohaus in Sungai Petani, Kedah. To date, MBM and Asbenz Stern have invested approximately RM5 million in the development of the Autohaus and service centre in Kuantan.
The Mercedes-Benz Asbenz Stern Kuantan Autohaus showroom is located at A7 & A9, Ground Floors, Jalan Tun Ismail 1, 25000 Kuantan, Pahang, while the Mercedes-Benz Asbenz Stern Kuantan service centre is located at Lot 16606, Batu 3 Industrial Area, Jalan Gambang, 25150 Kuantan, Pahang.
