It has been awhile since we last heard of the Volkswagen Group in the context of Dieselgate and emissions, but here’s one out of the blue. According to VW-owned Porsche, it had informed German authorities of potential issues with its emissions data. This follows a report in Germany’s Der Spiegel that the figures for its 911 models of 2016 and 2017 were inaccurate, Reuters reports.
“Porsche has identified issues in connection with individual roll-out tests,” the maker of the famous sportscar said in a statement. The specific case involves deviations in the measurement of wind resistance values and the corresponding information reported to regulators, the company added.
“The company is continuing its internal investigations in close consultation with the authorities,” Porsche said, adding that the problem is not related to engine management software and does not affect vehicle safety.

The problem is hardware, how in the world they thought software fix can solve the issue? Now see more discrepancies starting to pop up. This will soon be Dieselgate 2.0.
Here puspakom test the emissions. So no poblem
I don’t see how it correlates. We don’t have as stringent emission standards so as long Puspakom inspection is within limit, there is no fault.
VW Group to Gomen …. Oops, I did it again!
Britney Spears must be their new boss there. Haha!
Kudos to Deutsch car manufacturer, citizens and gov always caring for their environment and the quality air they breath.
Unlike the dwellers and gov of tropical peninsula who only cares demanding cheap fuel or and protecting the business interests…
Why the bad words towards folks in Iberian Peninsula? What’d they did to you to deserve all that hate?
