Audi has opened the doors to its new 4S centre in Setia Alam, with nearly 60,000 sq ft of space and based on the Audi Terminal architecture concept. The four-storey 4S facility, which carries Audi’s current corporate identity, features Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Body and Paint shop.
According to a statement released to the press, the furnishing and equipment also comply with the standards set by Audi AG. In conjunction with the opening, the public is invited to attend the Audi Centre Setia Alam Open Haus from October 4 to 5. The brand’s latest models will be on display, and there will also be promotions and gifts on offer.
Head of Audi division in Malaysia, Markus Schuster said: “This year, we have expanded our model portfolio in Malaysia to include the latest range of SUVs; from the compact Q2 to the full-size Q8. We also introduced a whole new family of premium large sedans, which are the Audi A6, A7 Sportback and the Audi A8 flagship limousine. Working with our partners, we will continue to enhance the experience for Audi fans throughout their journey with our brand.”
Rimau International’s managing director, Masamitsu Kakoi added: “The opening of Audi Centre Setia Alam is a milestone for us as an Audi dealer in Malaysia and is our first partnership outside our home market. With the increased capacity in our brand new facility, we are now even better equipped to serve our customers.”
Audi Centre Setia Alam is located at No. 22A, Persiaran Setia Dagang, Setia Alam, Seksyen U13, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The service centre opens from Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, while the sales showroom is open daily from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. I’ve been to this new Audi Setia Alam for service, let’s just they leave much to be desired. Promised follow-up for part arrival, repair, etc. never happened. Even after I followed up via email twice to remind, there was no reply!
