Following its reveal at the recent My BMW World, BMW Malaysia has now provided official pricing for the new 320i Sport. The entry-level variant of the updated 3 Series range joins the 330i M Sport, itself revised for the 2025 model year.
The 320i Sport is priced at RM265,800 on-the-road without insurance, with this figure inclusive of a standard two-year warranty. With the optional five-year warranty and service package, the asking price goes up to RM292,200.
For context, the previous base variant of the 3 Series prior to the latest update was the 320i M Sport, which sold for RM272,800 (two-year warranty) or RM299,200 (extended warranty and service). The current 330i M Sport costs more at RM308,800 (two-year warranty) or RM335,200 (extended warranty and service).
Under the bonnet, the 320i Sport features 2.0 litre turbocharged inline-four petrol engine that serves up 184 PS (181 hp or 135 kW) and 300 Nm of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission sends drive to the rear wheels, with the 320i capable of a 0-100 km/h time of 7.4 seconds and top speed of 235 km/h. Comfort suspension is standard for the base variant – previously M Sport suspension – and the Sport variant doesn’t come with variable sport steering.
In terms of kit, the 320i loses its aggressive M Sport exterior for a more restrained Sport look, which means it no longer comes with black-panelled bumpers and the large lower intake at the front is gone. Accompanying the Sport package are exterior accents in satin aluminium, a kidney grille finished in Pearl Chrome and 18-inch units in V-spoke Style 780 bicolour.
Inside, the 320i Sport follows the 330i M Sport by adopting a revised dashboard with geometric air vents and a new centre stack. The previous round steering wheel found in the outgoing 320i M Sport has also been replaced with a near-hexagonal-shaped unit.
The BMW Curved Display comes standard and is made up of a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, 14.9-inch infotainment touchscreen and a full-colour head-up display, all powered by BMW Operating System 8.5 with QuickSelect. The interior of the 320i Sport is furnished with trim finishers in Dark Graphite matte.
Other features include comfort access, a powered boot, an automatic anti-dazzle rear-view mirror, Sensatec perforated leather seat upholstery (the previous 330i M Sport had Vernasca leather), interior and exterior mirror package, a through-loading system, front sports seats, ambient lighting, three-zone climate control, tyre pressure monitor and a six-speaker sound system.
As reported previously, the entire 3 Series line-up now comes standard with adaptive cruise control with stop and go, including the 320i Sport. It joins existing functions included with the Driving Assistant package such as autonomous emergency braking, lane keeping assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, rear collision warning, traffic sign recognition and auto high beam.
Parking Assistant Plus is also included across the range, with features being a 360-degree camera (with remote 3D view via the My BMW smartphone app), park assist for parallel and perpendicular spaces, along with a reversing assistant.

what an ugly steering wheel
6 speakers, lol.
Also, “With the optional five-year warranty and service package, the asking price goes up to RM292,200.” So the real price is 292k, no one in their right mind would forego five-year warranty on these.
Crazy to get only 2 years warranty and then having to pay RM27k for additional 3 years warranty + service

engine HP n torque alomost similar to new X50 FL
Normally BMW under rate their engine power figure. When I visit Germany BMW museum, the official said those figures are tested under fully loaded car with 4 large adults and full boot items at below optimum temperature. And those are power at wheels not power at engine crank. So those are wheel hp at worst condition. Compared to Japanese or most car brand they like to report engine power only while there are huge power lost at wheel in real world. I remember a channel show that a C300 at 255hp only gain below 200hp dyno at wheel empty car with just 1 driver. BMW officials said this is to avoid customer dissapointment from high anticipation and tarnish brand projected performance. So a 258hp 400Nm 330i might actually be 280-290hp engine hp and over 400nm. A 184hp might be over 200hp. So dont be surprised when your X50 was 10 cars behind a same power figure 320i or even 318i at highway drag.
Wow another soar high price car for soar high people who just buys because of brand and not because of product value
