Volvo Raya promo offers free equipment, low interest rates

Volvo Car Malaysia is having a Hari Raya promotion that offers customers low interest rates and free equipment. They are also giving 20% discount on accessories for new purchases.

For the Volvo S80 and the XC90 2.5T, buyers will get a free Rear Seat Entertainment system worth RM8,461. Embedded in both front seat headrests, this all-in-one entertainment system allows rear-seat occupants to watch movies or play games independent of what the main ICE system is doing. True, Garmin Nuvi models, even the higher end versions, cost not more than RM1200. This is ripping customers!

At around that price (RM3200), you could get a branded 2-Din HU with GPS navigator installed. A much better choice considering they come with reverse camera and a host of other goodies.

  • Volvo Fire Sale after being bough by Geely on Aug 13, 2010 at 6:55 pm

Volvo may go the way that Saab went. In to the history books. Geely – a chinese automaker has secured the company from Ford. Be sure that you get after sales support etc. I’d wait for the price of used volvo’s to come down…

Even at BMW their Garmins are around RM2000 although that does include the official Garmin Malaysia/Singapore maps (which suck btw compared to Malfreemaps). Volvo don’t rip people off
