Audi is preparing a mid-life facelift for both three-door and five-door versions of the Audi A1. From the spyshots we can see that the car will get a revised bumper with sleeker fog lamps instead of the big round ones found on the current car. The headlamps also get a slimmer design with different internal graphics. There are changes on the rear as well – the facelifted A1 gets updated tail lamp clusters.
The new head- and tail lamp graphics have already been seen on the top-of-the-range 231 PS S1 that was unveiled in Geneva in March.
The Audi A1 is currently available in Malaysia in both three-door as well as Sportback five-door bodies. Both five-door and three-door versions are priced at RM185k, powered by a 1.4 litre TFSI engine producing 122 PS at 5,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque from 1,500 to 4,000 rpm.
