This coming Christmas, PLUS is offering up to 20% rebates for motorists of Class 1 vehicles (two axles and three or four wheels excluding taxis) who utilise the PLUSMiles, Touch ‘n Go and SmartTAG facilities throughout the nation. The promotion is valid all day on December 25.
Motorists passing through all booths nationwide except the Tanjung Kupang, Bukit Kayu Hitam, Sultan Iskandar Building and Penang Bridge toll plazas qualify for the rebate. From February 15 to May 14 next year, motorists will be able to redeem the rebates upon topping up the credit for their respective accounts at PLUS customer service centres.
In addition, PLUS has also urged the motoring public to plan their journey this holiday season in accordance to its Travel Time Advisory (TTA). The TTA is comprised of recommended time slots in relation to travel times and is aimed to ease congestion on various hotspots along highways.

If they were really sincere about this, they would just allow the rebate on the spot as they once did many years ago.
Making customers go to their service centres just to redeem the rebate is as good as not offering it.

why cant they just diskon ON-THE-SPOT, so troblesome like last CNY, later have to go to PLUS center to rebate AT CERTAIN DATES, many motorist simply forgets later…dont tell me they ant do it with so advanced technology nowadays

Not a real problem here in Borneo. There’s only one toll in Pan-Borneo highway which is at the Lanang Bridge crossing the Rajang river. But the potholes are inevitable
