Perodua will be providing free 50-point safety checks for Perodua vehicles at the Aeon Rawang shopping mall from November 6-8, ahead of Deepavali, which falls on November 10.
The Tweckbot programme was modified before this year’s Chinese New Year travel period to reach out to more customers. The current programme allows customers to meet the Tweckbot team at a strategic location. Previously, Perodua utilised Twitter and Facebook to engage customers. Tweckbot attracted nearly 1,250 vehicles over this year’s CNY and Hari Raya celebrations.
The 50-point safety check includes an engine check, transmission check, coolant system (coolant level as well as fan and temperature), brake system check (brake fluid and brake pad wear), power steering system check, clutch system check, tyre check, suspension system check, electrical system check (battery, lights and wiper checks) and engine diagnosis.
The Tweckbot team will then advice the owner on whether the car needs to be serviced/repaired. A 20% discount for parts and accessories will be given to those who want to proceed with work at official Perodua outlets.
