Pagani has released a new teaser video of what appears to be yet another exclusive Huayra variant – one that is likely to be positioned above the new Huayra BC. Briefly visible in the clip are the Huayra’s signature quad-piece front lighting, quad exhaust tips, naked carbon-fibre body and what appears to be a roof scoop.

Knowing that the Italian car maker typically reserves roof scoops for its most bonkers creations — think Zonda R — makes this teaser even more interesting. If the blue shade of naked CF body hasn’t given it away yet, it looks like we’ve got a properly fast one coming out way, possibly named the Pagani Huayra R – quite a mouthful, that.

As such, the teased model will have to oust the recently-released Huayra BC first. With a purely performance-minded exterior, lightweight chassis and a 750 hp 6.0 litre biturbo V12 handed over by Mercedes-AMG, the BC is no pushover. Still, we all know about Pagani’s knack for constantly outdoing itself from one model to the next.
