Bentley has unveiled its new Continental GT V8 S Black Edition, which introduces some of the visual enhancements that was first available on the W12-powered Continental GT Speed. The Black Edition can be ordered in either coupe or convertible body styles.
Despite the name, the car doesn’t get a full-black paintjob, but rather uses the colour in various areas. For instance, the grille frame, window surrounds, lower bumper, door handles, headlamp bezels and 21-inch wheels are finished in high-gloss black.
While it’s illegal to apply the same treatment on the front and rear lights, Bentley did ensure that they are smoked so they are on par with the theme. The new edition also tags on a body kit that includes a front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser finished in a choice of four colours – Beluga, St James’ Red, Hallmark and Cyber Yellow.
If that isn’t enough, you’ll also get to choose from red or black brake calipers, and Mulliner will make sure the interior matches the exterior body kit colour as well.
