We’re reporting live from the MYPerodua Nation Carnival at the Aeon Shah Alam mall, where the Axia facelift was officially launched this morning. The event will be here from today till Sunday (January 20-22) from 10am to 10pm daily.
So, head down here to check out the refreshed Axia (full details and galleries of all the variants here) and other models (there’s even a concept car) in Perodua’s range. But there’s more than just cars on display, as the event will also have exclusive offers, “movies and action-packed fun” (Boboiboy The Movie and Ice Age) and a concert featuring artistes such as Faizal Tahir, Tomok, Bunkface, De Fam and Ezad Lazim, among others. There will be a fireworks display on Saturday night as well.
Daily lucky draws will see gadgets such as the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, iPhone 7 and GoPro cameras given away, plus a grand prize of the new Axia. Those from Shah Alam Section 13 (Shah Alam Stadium, Giant area) can catch a free bus to Aeon Shah Alam.

Semua sohais dah beli, mana ada lagi sohais nak pergi tengok?
Why give all this when you cannot even give basic safety like ABS and VSC in all your cars?
What people want is ABS and VSC. The Axia does not have both. ABS safety was a legal requirement in Europe in the early 2003. Then, it was compulsory for all cars to have ABS.
This means, the Axia does not even have the basic safety requirement for cars established 15 years ago.
2ndly, no point doing facelift when your car got no VSC. Since 2005, every car in Europe and USA must have VSC compulsorily.
Malaysian Government already said, having VSC in Malaysia can prevent 45% of all deaths and accidents in a given year.
So if there are say 10,000 deaths in a year, if all cars had VSC, we can save 4500 lives
With this in mind, don’t you think it is better to give VSC and ABS to the rakyat than have Carnival??
After all majority buyers buy the E
Btw Perodua, the same car in Japan, a Daihatsu, got BOTH ABS and VSC.
How come Perodua take out ABS and VSC? Mahu untung lebih kah?
You only know 2 words, ABS and VSC? FYI, since January 2016, Axia G comes standard with ABS. Perodua can’t simply bolt on VSC into the current Axia, it’s not as simple as that. Perodua can only fit that into their Axia replacement model, and yes if they still do not do it then, it we can blame them.
So P2 oso doing their alami event? Mana semua bashers yg kutuk alami P1 dah pegi?
Ayoo.. so long left behind. P2 had done such carnival few occasions even before the Alami P1.
The last was Myvi gathering at Setia Alam.
Perodua makes huge profit out of poor Malaysian since 2003, yet, still gives Malaysian the very basic car which cannot be legally used in United States and Europe. Where is the integrity and good corporate value & governance of Toyota Japan? How many Malaysian had lost their live in this type of car & Perodua wanna add more to the statistic without even have second thought that their own family may be driving the poor car by PeroToyo? We pay exorbitant price yet we get peanut cars, is it fair deals for Malaysian?
