Renault Captur receives 5inCaptur aftersales package – five-year/100,000 km free service and maintenance

TC Euro Cars has announced a new ‘5inCaptur’ aftersales package for the Renault Captur, which was launched in locally-assembled form earlier in April this year. The package is similar to the ‘5inFluence’ already offered to Fluence customers.

It includes a five-year/100,000 km free service and maintenance (parts and labour) schedule on top of the existing five-year/unlimited mileage warranty that comes with each Captur purchase. Also included is a complimentary 24-hour roadside assistance and pick-up and delivery service for scheduled maintenance to and from Renault service centres.

Furthermore, in the event any part is not available for over 48 hours, a replacement car is provided as part of a mobility service, subject to availability. The new package is said to provide cost savings and hassle-free servicing for the first five years of ownership.

“Confidence and peace of mind during the ownership period is very important to us. Building on our existing ‘5inFluence’ package for Fluence customers, which is highly appreciated, ‘5inCaptur’ aims to bring the same comprehensive ownership experience coverage including warranty, vehicle maintenance and convenience factors,” said Kuan Kim Luen, CEO of TC Euro Cars.

Aside from the new aftersales package, the company is offering a RM5,000 rebate from now until October 31, 2017 for the Captur. The B-segment crossover is priced at RM109,000 on-the-road without insurance, and can be had in four two-tone exterior colour options.

100,000 KM is a conjob. Most people do 30,000 in a year. So, within 3 years warranty lapse

Warranty terms in Malaysia is very sneaky. Like Hyundai. They say 300,000 or 5 years. But after 70,000 KM, they only cover engine only.

    • Most people do NOT do 30,000km a year. In Klang Valley the average mileage is 20,000 km a year so 100,000km should cover 5 years for most owners.

Replacement car available “subject to availability”. With that condition it can be discounted as a rare happening only for the lucky. If they are serious about replacement car they should reimburse the owner for a rental car if the replacement cars run out.
