Hennessey Performance will display the VelociRaptor 6×6 at the upcoming SEMA Show, essentially a souped-up version of the 2017-18 Ford F-150 Raptor with two more wheels and many other things.
“Our VelociRaptor 6×6 is pure aggression on wheels – all six of them. The new 2017 Raptor is going to be one of the best all-around trucks ever built. We are excited to help take it to the next level both in terms of performance and exclusivity,” said John Hennessey, founder of Hennessey Performance.
Prices start at US$295,000 (RM1,250,947) and includes a regular Raptor, which Hennessey Performance will modify to accommodate 6×6 locking rear axles, upgraded Fox suspension, 20-inch wheels and off-road tyres, redesigned front and rear bumpers, sports bar and LED lights.
If you’re willing to cough up a little more cash, you can specify your purchase with the VelociRaptor 600 twin turbo upgrade for the 6×6. The 600+ hp upgrade package includes upgraded twin turbochargers, a stainless steel exhaust system, upgraded front mounted air to air intercooler and plumbing and a re-tuned ECU. It is also available for the normal four-wheeled Raptor.
Need more options? The company also offers a Brembo brake upgrade package, even larger wheels and tyres, LED lighting upgrades, bespoke interiors, electronic upgrades and armouring systems. So, would you prefer the VelociRaptor 6×6 to the Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6?
