Lexus Malaysia has given its flagship facility in Mutiara Damansara a significant makeover to provide an unparalleled Lexus experience for guest and customers, in line with the brand’s omotenashi mantra of Japanese hospitality.
“Not by any means is the Lexus brand and its products deemed conventional. Neither then should the retail experience be. By designing innovative ways to excite and change the world, Lexus remains the visionary luxury brand that anticipates the future for people and society,” said Akio Takeyama, deputy chairman of Lexus Malaysia.
The showroom boasts among other things, a dedicated acoustically tuned room so guests are able to experience the audiophile-quality sounds of a Mark Levinson audio system, which are available in select Lexus models. Customers will also be able to obtain information about the latest Lexus models on sale via tablets or digital reading materials available throughout the building.
Existing customers waiting for their vehicle to be serviced can also enjoy a comfortable customer lounge that serves coffee sourced from Cafés Richard, a famous French brand synonymous with high-end Parisian cafés. Other amenities include charging facilities, both wired and wireless, on a number of tables inside the showroom.
That’s not all, as the Lexus centre features a Zen Room for guests to relax to soft music on massage or launch chairs. Items from the Lexus Lifestyle Collection are also on display and available for purchase in the retail space.

What’s the point of calling yourself luxury premium when you still make your customers wait during servicing? For a brand to call themselves that, I expect to be chauffeured to and fro my destination while my car is under service.
